Sorry for the hiatus lately. A slew of illness, work and life threw a wrench in things for a bit. But I’ve spent the last few weeks getting caught up on what’s going on in the Social Media space and now it’s time to get back to blogging.
It’s time for our next Third Tuesday Social Media Meetup. This time it’s going to be really big and Dan Martell from Spheric is leading the charge drumming up enthusiasm from every corner of the web. For the first time I’ll be doing a demo of WalkingSpree and I’m looking forward to showing an example of a commercial niche private social networking site. We have a great group of presenters and this will be a group of people with the cutting edge information on what is happening on the online media space. You definitely need to be there.
ONLINE MARKETING EVENTLet’s get social! Listen to Atlantic Canada’s top online companies share their passion and experience around online social media.
Everyday, more and more of your customers are communicating online using sites like Facebook, MySpace, YouTube and Blogs to share and discuss their consumer and brand experiences. Are you reaching them? Learn how to create buzz and spread the word virally, resulting in a massive network effect. Could your business benefit from this phenomenon?
IT’S FREE! Why? ‘Cause we’re very passionate about helping companies compete online. It’s time Atlantic Canada takes back the crown of being pioneers!

I’m super excited for this event, and the opportunity to learn and share with all the attendees and presenters.
The key is for everyone to meet, talk and learn. Come early if you like (doors open at 6PM), grab a beer and bring your laptop - it’s going to be fun!
